1. Install the handlebar. Both top/bottom handlebar clamp bolts are tightened leaving a small gap on all four bolts. Tighten bolts to 6 Nm
2. Install the stem onto the steerer tube, align and tighten the 2 top steerer tube bolts. Tighten bolts to 6 Nm
