Shipping and Delivery

We send parcels to EC destinations on a daily basis. We have now secured extremely low carriage charges.
Regular size and weight parcels are sent on a "cost for kg" rate.  The rates for kg  are shown below. The on line shop is able to calculate the weight of parcels and show the cost in checkout before paying.

Availability

products Availability is always indicated in the product detail page.
There are different levels of availability:
Product available: the product can be ordered and shipped immediately, within 24 hours (48 hours for the islands) will come to your home, or you can pick it up in person at the RideWill Point, after the permission to withdraw is received by mail.
Product availability limited: there is only a small quantity of the product, order it now not to run out!
Product not available: This product is currently out of stock but if you want to be informed when it becomes available you can enter your email address and you will be notified as soon as the product comes back in the catalog.
Product available from a certain date: they are  'Preview' products,news, that will soon be available in the catalog. To be sure, to not lose the possibility to buy one, order it now! The shipment will be executed as soon as this product becomes available in stock.

Delivery time

When you view the cards of products in our catalog, you can see the expected ship date for a certain product.
How is this time estimated ?
In addition to availability, we must also consider the time required for order management. Orders with faster delivery are those effected with online payment (credit card, PayPal, or cash to the courier) and method of delivery by courier or by the withdrawal RidePoint.

The faster method of delivery

Receipt of your purchase

Some small suggestions for receipt of the goods:
Check that the number of packages delivered is as specified in the transport document
Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip.
If possible, unpack the product immediately and make sure there is no damage.

In case of tampering and / or breaks, you will immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery by adding the words "subject to control GOODS FOR ....." (give specific reasons for example wet cardboard, tape removed, crushed box) on the delivery document received by courier.
