Form follows function: the TimeShifter was developed specifically to ensure optimal performance in time trials and triathlons. The focus is on solid aerodynamics, suitable for different head and arm positions, as well as race conditions. It is all based on in-depth CFD analyses, wind tunnel and velodrome tests, as well as verifications carried out within the professional group. Development took place in close collaboration with aerodynamics specialist Swiss Side and with the involvement of WorldTour athletes. The goal was to develop a helmet capable of offering reproducible advantages not only in ideal conditions, but also in real race situations. The TimeShifter represents a new generation of time trial helmets: scientifically supported, developed based on data, and consistently transparent in performance communication.
- Rear opening: thanks to the recess in the height-adjustable adjustment system, the helmet is also suitable for long hairstyles such as ponytails, buns or braids
- Cooling air flow system: the ventilation openings are connected to each other via internal channels to channel the incoming air through the helmet and thus ensure maximum air circulation and a pleasant climate for the head
- Magnetic visor: visor secured with magnets to protect the eyes from wind, rain and insects - easily removable and replaceable
- Zoom™ Spin adjustment system: Dial at the back of the head for individual adjustment of the helmet according to head circumference
- Slide Divider™: to individually adjust the straps by sliding the strap divider - minimalist and functional
- Comfort padding: soft padded inserts for optimal comfort, attached to the helmet with Velcro
- Removable and washable padding: can be removed and washed by hand or replaced if necessary
- Magnetic closure: the straps are equipped with a high-quality FIDLOCK magnetic closure that allows the chin strap closure to be opened with one hand, even when wearing gloves
- In-Mold process: Manufacturing process in which the internal shock-absorbing material made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is foamed directly into the polycarbonate (PC) outer shell, thus creating a durable and robust bond
- Weight: 480 g
