New Orbea Rallon – The ultimate downhill machine

The new Orbea Rallon is here, and it’s not for the faint of heart. Designed to dominate the most extreme descents, it was developed directly on the World Cup DH circuits and is built to take your riding to the next level. Years of experience in enduro and DH racing with the Orbea team have culminated in this gravity masterpiece.

Pure speed, total control

With 200 mm of front and rear travel, optimized geometry, and an ultra-low center of gravity thanks to the GravityLink system, the Rallon DH offers traction, stability, and precision on any technical terrain. The carbon frame is tuned to balance stiffness and compliance, delivering unmatched confidence and responsiveness. The rear suspension kinematics reduce pedal kickback and isolate braking forces from the rear triangle for maximum grip.

You can even add up to three weights (up to 583 g) to the bottom bracket for extra stability on fast, rough tracks, or remove them entirely for a more agile ride.

Adjustable in every detail

Thanks to the Attitude Adjust system, you can tailor the Rallon to your riding style and the trail in seconds: switch the suspension progression between 25% and 30%, fine-tune the steering angle by +/- 0.75°, and choose to add weight to the bottom bracket for extra composure when descending. Whether you're racing DH or riding the bike park, Rallon adapts instantly.

You can also choose the rear chainstay length – 442 or 450 mm – depending on your preferred riding feel. Orbea lets you customize this at the time of purchase, regardless of frame size, thanks to in-house assembly and painting in the Basque Country.

Tough, silent, ready for anything

Silent frame with internal cable routing, integrated protection, Gravity Standard components and a built-in FLP multitool: the new Rallon is built to last and to let you enjoy every second of the descent. The updated chainstay protector with impact-absorbing rubber chambers eliminates chain noise.

The integrated LOCKR storage and Second Skin vinyl frame protector increase functionality and durability. Every component is selected to withstand hardcore DH abuse and keep your bike race-ready at all times.

Also available in Enduro version

Same frame, different setup: the Rallon is also available in an Enduro version, with 180 mm front / 170 mm rear travel and full compatibility with the latest electronic shocks. The active suspension and adjustable geometry let you tackle the most demanding trails with confidence.

The suspension layout is designed to work perfectly with the latest technology, offering superb sensitivity, mid-stroke support, and bottom-out resistance. You can even switch between Mullet and full 29” wheel setups by changing the GravityLink.
