It requires maximum concentration, the desire to attack on every climb and finish the race with raised arms, experiencing the pure adrenaline of top-level competition.

Optimized Kinematics and 120mm Suspension: Control and Speed

Designed from the ground up around high-performance 120 mm suspension, the Oiz combines the pedaling efficiency of a hardtail with the control of a full-suspension. The regressive kinematics offer a better balance between efficiency and impact absorption, ensuring maximum traction uphill and offering unparalleled safety and responsiveness on the roughest descents.

Suspension management is entrusted to the innovative, patented I-line system, the most elegant and direct shock lockout integration on the market. The cable runs internally through the frame to the Squidlock remote control, reducing friction and dirt. The Squidlock itself is a masterpiece of minimalism, with just two levers to simultaneously manage suspension lockout and the dropper post, allowing you to take your hands off the handlebars as little as possible.

Race Ready Geometry and Integrated Cockpit

The new Oiz is designed with a modern geometry geared towards high speeds and pure agility. With fast-rolling 29" wheels and an approach oriented towards competitive aggressiveness, the setup allows the rider to keep their weight balanced and the front wheel planted on the ground during the hardest climbs and in corners:

Aggressive Riding Position: A steeper seat tube angle and lower stack position the rider at the center of the bike, offering full control and maximum power output on the pedals.
Downhill Stability: The longer reach, optimized for a short 60-90 mm stem, combined with shortened chainstays, provides responsiveness in tight sections and incredible stability at high speeds.

Available in four sizes (from S to XL calculated based on rider height). Steering precision is enhanced by the OC Mountain Performance carbon cockpit, designed to save weight and maximize steering torsional stiffness, always keeping the setup compact.

OMX and OMR Carbon: Lightness and Tuned Stiffness

The heart of the Oiz is its highly advanced carbon frame, available in the top-of-the-line OMX version (for the most demanding riders seeking the pinnacle of lightness) and the durable OMR version. Orbea engineers have worked on tuned stiffness: the bike is incredibly stiff and responsive for sprinting uphill, but calibrated to perfectly track the terrain without feeling nervous. We also find the seatstay bridge in front of the seat tube (Fiberlink) to maintain perfect alignment even under extreme cornering loads, and the great convenience of an integrated dual bottle cage mount.
