Trickstuff brake discs have been the first choice for many years when particularly high braking loads have to be handled. With the help of the proven friction ring with its special arrangement and hole size, the dreaded vitrification of the pads is successfully counteracted. The ultra-light Dächle brake discs also have a roof-shaped bevel (Dächle) on the outer circumference, which significantly simplifies wheel assembly, as the rounded bevel makes it easier to insert the brake disc into the brake caliper. The particularly thin bars, which are connected by the connecting bar to form an extremely stable triangle, also help to reduce weight. Trickstuff guarantees an extremely precise thickness of the discs plus/minus 0.005 millimeters, the final size is 2.05 millimeters. The material used is high-quality stainless steel, hardened to 1,100 degrees Celsius and with a hardness of at least 36 HRC. The glasses hardly deform under the effect of heat, are mechanically extremely stable and have an extraordinarily long lifespan.
