The Shimano DEORE BL-M6200 two-finger hydraulic brake lever has been designed with ergonomics and the human hand in mind, offering powerful braking performance with consistent feel and modulation for maximum control when paired with the BR-M6200 two-piston caliper. The new DEORE brakes directly benefit from technologies derived from the XTR and DEORE XT groupsets. The result is smooth power delivery with high control and a consistent braking feel across different temperature conditions and various types of terrain. Robust and intuitive: Shimano DEORE BL-M6200+BR-M6200 2-piston front disc brake. The DEORE BL-M6200 brake levers are compatible with both the high-performance four-piston BR-M6220 caliper and the lighter two-piston BR-M6200 caliper. New seals and a revised low-viscosity mineral oil ensure consistent oil flow and a uniform pressure point both hot and cold. DEORE brakes – The brake lever utilizes SHIMANO's SERVO WAVE technology, which ensures faster pad contact and smooth, easily controllable braking force delivery. In combination with the newly designed brake calipers, the system provides consistent piston return and reliable braking performance, even on long descents and in varying trail conditions.
