The basis for this is the completely new carcass design. The carcass cords, which in conventional bicycle tires run diagonally across the tire at a 45° angle, are arranged at a much more obtuse angle in Schwalbe radial tires. This technology opens up entirely new dimensions in bicycle tire function.

E-Bike Ready 50
For fast e-bikes up to 50 km/h
For fast e-bikes (S-Pedelec with approval, insurance, and pedal assistance even above 25 km/h), special tire approval is required. For these bikes, we suggest e-bike tires with Europe-wide valid ECE-R75 approval.

rCB Tire Recycling
rCB (recycled carbon black) is a direct product of the Schwalbe recycling system and replaces 100% of industrial carbon black produced from fossil sources. This saves 80% CO2 equivalent.
