The bags with the Quick-Lock3.1 mounting system include a mounting set that allows you to use the bag on standard racks without integrated QL3.1 studs. The mounting set weighs just 140g and attaches securely to the roof rack. If your rack already has the QL3.1 studs integrated, as is the case with our Quick-Rack, you don't need the mounting kit.
