WHAT IS NTA 8776?
The NTA 8776 certification is a specific standard for e-bikes, it considers a higher average speed and consequently greater impact energies in case of an accident. To be compliant, the helmet must dissipate more energy compared to standard models, also adding extra coverage in the most sensitive areas: the temples and the back of the head. In short, an NTA helmet is a safer helmet.
FLIP-UP SHIELD
The modern and minimal design is inspired by a new generation of cyclists who are changing urban mobility. The Vibe On also features a wide, adjustable visor to protect from wind, dust, and insects and a rechargeable USB LED light attached to the helmet via an elastic strap.
COMFORT AND ADJUSTMENT
Comfort is a certainty when it comes to our helmets. The MET Vibe On Mips® uses a ratcheting buckle for easy fastening of the helmet straps and thanks to a 360° adjustment ring there are no pressure points on the head.
REAR USB LED LIGHT
Using lights on your helmet (even during the day) can help other road users spot you more easily, which can be quite difficult in the chaotic urban environment. Our Vibe On Mips® helmet is equipped with a rechargeable USB LED light placed in a rear and raised position so it doesn't disappear behind backpacks or hoods. The MET Vibe Rear USB Led Light can be easily removed for charging or used in other contexts.

The Vibe On Mips® also uses extended coverage for more complete head protection.
MIPS® PROTECTION SYSTEM
The MET Vibe On Mips® is equipped with the MIPS-C2® protection system which helps dissipate rotational forces caused by specific impacts, completing the helmet's safety in all its aspects. The Mips® system is attached inside the shell via elastomers that guarantee 10-15mm of slippage in all directions, a movement that facilitates the absorption of rotational forces harmful to the brain.
