With its Infinity hub and welded Maxtal rim, this modern XC wheel lives up to the legendary Mavic Crossmax name: stable, reliable and tubeless-ready. The Crossmax name has a long history in the world of racing and XC, and this wheel lives up to its name with many of the same features and technologies as pro-level XC racing wheels, but at a much more accessible price. One of the key factors is Mavic's UST technology, which allows for easy installation of tubeless tires and offers all the associated benefits, including better traction and control, smoother ride quality and reduced risk of punctures. The rim is welded for added reliability and features a 25mm internal width with a hookless profile. The lighter design of the Infinity hub optimizes lateral stiffness and spoke tension.
