Building on more than 30 years of production, the Hope Pro 5 combines all its experience to meet and exceed the needs of riders. The Pro 4 has proven to be one of the most reliable and versatile hubs on the market. The Hope Pro 5 builds on this with improvements throughout, delivering just the right balance of speed, load capacity, durability and strength.

One of the key design goals for the Pro 5 hub is the reduction of resistance in the drive mechanism. This has major driving advantages, achieved through a new zero resistance seal and an improved ratchet and pawl system, with new springs. Both significantly reduce drag and increase durability and load capacity over the Pro 4.

Another big update on the rear hubs involves increasing the engagement points (from 44 to 108) using a 6 pawl freehub. The right balance between pick-up speed, load capacity, strength and durability and, in real terms, offers a feeling of speed while maintaining crank movement at an acceptable level without compromising the freedom of movement of the hub and its reliability.

New axle design that allows the use of larger bearings in a better arrangement to match the latest freewheel standards while increasing load capacity.

Hope hubs can be Quickly and easily adjusted to fit different frames and forks. Conversion kits are available separately.
