With the adoption of Kashima Coat, friction on the master cylinder piston is reduced by 13%, resulting in a lighter and smoother lever feel. We have years of experience with Kashima Coat from Miyaki Company. Since 2020, all our competition-level trial and motorcycle suspension components, marketed under the Tech Suspension name, have used Kashima Coat. We now introduce this finish on our most powerful mountain bike brake: the Cura 4. The finish is new, but the performance of the Cura 4 is widely proven. From daily trail riding to downhill tracks and the most demanding freeride outings, the four-piston calipers deliver abundant power and excellent modulation. To refine the braking feel, this premium version comes standard with a split lever and sintered pads, with a set of organic pads included in the box. The split lever features tool-free reach adjustment and the Formula feel control system, which allows you to choose a more progressive or more linear response. Sintered pads guarantee maximum braking power; organic pads ensure quiet operation and ease of setup.
