CYCLUS TOOLS head tube reamer ZS 44/8.2/45°
With the head tube reamer, it is possible to prepare head tubes with an inner diameter of 44 mm and a milling depth of 8.2 mm for the installation of an integrated headset. The angle of the bearing seats is 45°. The cutter allows for the creation of flat and coaxial seats for the bearings in the head tube.
The individual cutters have been named according to the new S.H.I.S. (Standardized Headset Identification System) nomenclature. The code indicates the type of headset and the corresponding inner diameter of the head tube, for example EC 34: EC (External Cup), ZS (Zero Stack), and IS (Integrated Standard).

Note: For a complete tool, it is also necessary to order the head tube cutter holder (item code: 720211) and the conical guide (item code: 720943). Always rotate only clockwise. Use an appropriate cutting lubricant during milling.
