CYCLUS TOOLS dual disc brake mount facing cutter IS2000, compatible with Postmount and Flatmount standards.

This dual disc brake mount facing cutter can be used universally, simply by changing the cutter and the clamping position. It guarantees a perfectly flat facing at a 90° angle. The exact 90° angle and parallelism of the disc brake mounts are ensured because the cutter is clamped only once and both mounts are faced simultaneously.

This is the only way to guarantee an absolutely identical facing depth, a fundamental prerequisite for correct assembly and optimal disc brake operation. Before clamping the facing cutter, it is necessary to check the parallelism of the dropouts; only then is a perfect facing of the disc brake mount achieved.

• The tool is supplied in the standard configuration for quick release (QR) and for 20 mm thru-axle. Note: to use the facing cutter with a 12 mm or 15 mm thru-axle, an adapter is required, Cyclus Tools code 720962.
