Seven-layer TPU inner tube, lightweight and compact, for performance-oriented road, gravel, and MTB cyclists. It is particularly light yet durable and is suitable for both on-road and off-road applications. The ultra-high-quality TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) with micrometric thickness is processed in seven layers to achieve the best possible air retention and durability. The inner tubes remain uncolored to ensure maximum material quality and avoid unwanted pressure loss, which can be caused by color-related surface defects. Each ContiTPU tube undergoes a manual quality check after production. The base of the valve stem is slightly tapered to improve fit on the rim and reduce unwanted movement during riding. The valve stem also features an internal thread that allows the use of valve extenders or a replacement valve core.
