The reference for protection from dripping
Vectran ™ is a high-tech fiber produced synthetically with a natural model. Like spider silk, Vectran ™ is a liquid crystalline polymer (LCP). VECTRAN ™ is spun from the Vectra melted liquid polymer and further transformed into a multifiber yarn. Both spider silk and Vectran ™ are extremely resistant to tears and very light. Exactly the right properties to be used as an anti -forage insert into a high -end continental tire. A VECTRAN ™ Breaker is lighter, more flexible and provides more effective protection against cuts than comparable nylon. The VECTRAN ™ Breaker does not affect rolling resistance.
