The package includes two cups with CeramicSpeed bearings already installed. There are two options. Both the Standard Bearings and the Coated Bearings feature super-slippery CeramicSpeed balls and hardened steel cages. The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings have an additional feature: a 3-micron thick metal layer over the cages. This addition makes the cages smoother and harder, reducing friction and increasing lifespan.
