Italian bottom bracket shells are now typically found only on Italian bikes; they measure 70 mm in width and have an inner diameter of 35 mm. This kit contains the parts to install your 24/22 mm spindle crankset into an ITA shell. They consist of bearings pressed into threaded cups, which are then screwed into the frame. These bearings include the CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated versions. Super round and super slippery CeramicSpeed balls roll on hardened steel races in both versions. The Coated version has a metallic coating applied to the races, making it even more slippery and durable, with a longer life and lower friction.
