Italian threaded bottom brackets are often found on Italian-brand racing frames. The pairing of Campagnolo's Ultra-Torque crankset with an Italian frame keeps the drivetrain in the family. The shell is 70 mm wide and has an inner diameter of 35 mm. The CeramicSpeed bearings are pressed onto the axle and then installed into the cups. These bearings are available in a Standard or Coated version. Super round and super smooth CeramicSpeed balls roll on hardened steel races in both versions. The Coated version features a metallic coating applied to the races, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in increased durability and reduced friction.
