SHIFTING TIME
Active Debris Remover (ADR)
ADR is a patent-pending technical feature based on a unique combination that makes it virtually impossible for debris to enter the bearing. It consists of a new dust seal design that sits firmly anchored in a pulley groove, thus completely enclosing the bearing. This is paired with a lamellar groove structure surrounding the dust seal, which dynamically extracts debris from the pulley when it is rotating. ADR was developed through constant iteration between our R&D department, the CeramicSpeed test lab, and field testing conducted by a select group of our professional off-road teams.

ALPHA Disc
For our new OSPW RS, we offer versions equipped with the ultra-durable ALPHA Disc Pulley, first introduced with our OSPW X for Eagle Transmission. The ALPHA Disc features a two-part construction. A separate narrow-wide tooth profile, made from composite material offering extended wear protection and noise reduction. Plus a solid aluminum disc that eliminates the possibility of foreign objects getting caught between the pulley spokes, while simultaneously adding strength and rigidity to the Pulley design itself. The first iterations of our solid disc pulley design were field-tested during the Cyclocross World Cups a couple of years ago. During the 2022 Cyclocross season, our sponsored Tormans team extensively used the solid disc design and provided valuable feedback on its ability to ensure mud clearance in the worst conditions.
