In our Youngstar models, we use a specially reinforced plastic beneath the normal grip surface and especially at the end of the grip. This technology protects the grip and the sensitive, exposed handlebar ends from damage for longer.
The safety of the little ones is our top priority. To prevent slipping and falling off the grips, we have chosen a very soft rubber compound for the Youngstar grips, which offers significantly superior grip and damping properties. This gives the little ones a firm hold on the handlebar in every situation. Due to the soft rubber compound, there is faster wear due to the design compared to comparable grips with a harder rubber compound, but which offer significantly inferior grip and damping.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to rotate the grip 180 degrees after the top side is worn, so that the grip can be used a bit longer.
