At first glance you might like Up-Town's retro charm. But this won't make you fall in love. This bicycle basket hides a lot of intelligence under the lid: 17.5 liters of volume, made of lightweight PU-coated nylon fabric. The Up-Town is a basket-shaped handlebar bag. And at the same time it is a waterproof bike basket, made of a wear-resistant material that has already been tested thousands of times for bicycle bags. In short: it's your bike's new best friend. Perfect for popping to the bakery, the post office or the weekly market. To grab your key or wallet, you don't need to open the lid completely, but it can easily fold up at the front. For valuables there is a special internal zipped compartment, so you can quickly grab them at any time.
The basket is mounted on the handlebars so you always have it within easy reach during your ride. Another advantage of this mounting position is that the Up-Town always offers protection from wind and rain.
The hard inner lining allows the basket to stand on its own and is particularly easy to fill. The lid can be opened completely at any time, e.g. in good weather - and placed in the basket. If it starts raining, it can be folded up in just a few seconds.
