- The high wet boiling point (185°C / 365°F), higher than conventional liquids DOT 4 (155°C / 311°F minimum) and DOT 3 (140°C / 284°F minimum ), allows the product to be used for longer.
- DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluids in fact have a tendency to absorb humidity from the air, a phenomenon which causes a lowering of the boiling point and consequently braking safety.
- The wet boiling point is representative for the fluid after one year of use.
