The orientation of the flame-shaped slots has been specifically designed to ensure that the slots are aligned with the direction of movement. This prevents larger cracks from chipping and damaging the brake pads. The flame-shaped outer perimeter and vent slots overlap to continuously clean the entire surface of the brake pads in contact with the rotor, while quickly dissipating heat. The Flame design ensures that the brake pads are always supported evenly on the braking band. This prevents the pads from tilting when subjected to high pressures. Flame brake discs are made from special high quality hardened stainless steel using state of the art CNC machines. The friction area is made with laser cutting techniques and subjected to anti-corrosion surface treatments on both sides to achieve exact parallelism. - FLOAT Air Spring
Inspired by the functioning of Fox shock absorbers, the small internal connection system between the negative and positive air chamber of the FLOAT system allows automatic compensation of the suspension at all times, with a balance of perfect functioning. The system self-adjusts by reducing the initial force needed to activate the fork, obtaining a suspension that is much more sensitive to small irregularities in the terrain. The curve of the system can be modified through the internal spacers.
