REMOVABLE VISOR
The visor is easily removable thanks to two hidden anchors integrated into the strap attachment system. This feature makes the design of the Veleno Mips truly versatile, maintaining cleanliness and style in both modes. On dirt or asphalt, Veleno has no boundaries, just as a gravel bike has versatility as its strong point.
FULL-WRAP CONSTRUCTION
The MET Veleno Mips design aims to adapt to various types of use, environments, and practice. It is rich in air intakes, provides coverage on the most sensitive areas of the skull (temples and nape), features a removable visor, and is fully coated in polycarbonate, a characteristic that increases the helmet's durability by minimizing EPS exposure to external conditioning.
MAXIMUM VENTILATION
Veleno Mips has 26 vents and an engineered interior to maximize ventilation thanks to specific channeling. Air intakes and exhaust holes create a constant and pleasant flow of fresh air. The front section features two side ports that function as a secure and stable location for sunglasses.
DISTINCTIVE COMFORT
Ventilated, light, and exceptionally comfortable. The 360° adjustment ring of the MET Safe-T Upsilon ensures no uncomfortable pressure points on the perimeter of the head, maintaining perfect helmet stability. The fit of the Veleno Mips is comfortable with various head shapes, oval or rounder.
MIPS® PROTECTION SYSTEM
MET Veleno is equipped with the MIPS-C2® protection system which helps dissipate rotational forces caused by specific impacts, completing the helmet's safety in all its aspects. MIPS® is attached inside the shell via elastomers that guarantee 10-15mm of slippage in all directions, a movement that facilitates the absorption of rotational forces harmful to the brain.
