The trail version of the Maxxis Minion DHR II features the same tread pattern as its downhill counterpart, but uses a single thickness casing to reduce weight. With side knobs inspired by the legendary Minion DHF but enlarged to provide more support, the Minion DHR II is unmatched when cornering. The central tread features ramped blocks to improve acceleration and sipes that allow for a smooth transition when cornering. The spatula-shaped blocks on the central tread dig into the ground under hard braking and help keep the bike under control. Use it in tandem with a Minion DHF for front-line aggressive trail riding!
