The Manifest Spherical is created with two separate layers of EPS foam. The inner EPS layer uses a
lower-density foam, making it more comfortable against the head and better suited for low-speed
impacts. The in-mold EPS layer in the outer shell is made of a denser foam and is designed to provide greater protection in high-speed impacts. The AURA reinforcement arch increases the helmet's structural integrity while allowing air to flow freely: an impact-resistant polycarbonate ring runs throughout the entire Manifest Spherical to enhance its robustness.
