As a representative of the Factory series, this rear shock is, of course, also packed with features that exceed the expectations of professional racers and ambitious amateur athletes. And with the smooth, extremely durable Kashima coating, this air shock also knows how to impress visually.

Featherweight Performance. A wider range of adjustment options in the class of particularly lightweight MTB shocks. The FLOAT SL fulfills this mission by adopting the internal operation of its FLOAT and FLOAT X siblings, but eliminating every superfluous gram. Technically, the rider has three adjustment options (Open, Medium, and Firm) that can be controlled via a remote (sold separately) to maximize the efficiency of power transfer to the pedals.
Optimized to Race. Whether it's an XCO World Cup course or an all-day marathon, this lightweight rear shock helps performance-oriented riders realize their full potential. To maximize damping efficiency, the FLOAT SL combines the proven EVOL air spring with a form factor suitable for a wide range of Cross Country and Trail bikes. While the SV (Small Volume) models are better suited to XC bikes with less travel, the LV (Large Volume) versions show their strengths especially when used on longer-travel frames.
