ExoShell40DR™ The fabric at the heart of the new MT500 waterproof collection boasts the same category-leading breathability and waterproofness as the standard Exoshell40 but with durability (DR) tuned to tackle the toughest mountain terrain. A tough and durable outer layer, coupled with a soft touch consisting of a highly breathable mesh inner layer that effectively wicks moisture away from the skin through the superfine fluoride-free membrane sandwiched in between. As with all Endura raincoats, the ExoShell40DR is treated with a PFC-free, therefore environmentally friendly, DWR treatment. This fabric was made to eliminate harmful substances from the supply chain, ensuring products are safe for consumers, workers and the environment.
