The BB30 bottom bracket allows you to mate cranks with a 30mm spindle to 42mm inner diameter bottom bracket shells. Cannondale pioneered this standard along with specially designed cranks and many have found the benefits. Road versions are 68mm wide, MTB is 73mm wide. These are also the bearings you can use to replace the bearings in the PF30 cups. Standard bearing with low resistance and long life, with hardened steel races and our super round CeramicSpeed balls.
