2. Purposes and legal basis of processing, categories of personal data processed, retention period, and nature of data provision

“Personal data” pursuant to Art. 4 no. 1 of the GDPR means “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).”

Purpose A): Allow users to browse the pages of the website https://www.ridewill.it/

• Legal basis of processing: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) of the GDPR)
• Categories of data processed: browsing data and technical cookies (IP addresses, domain names, URI/URL, request times, system logs, etc.)

Data subjects may exercise the rights provided by Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent.

In case of violations, they may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or bring legal proceedings (Arts. 77 and 79 GDPR).
